My name is Marcus Santer and I am committed to raising the profile of Qigong in society. I believe that Qigong is quicker and easier to learn than Tai Chi, is far less strenuous than Yoga and gives better health and vitality benefits than both – put together! And yet hardly anyone has ever heard of it. My mission is to change that.
I’ve spent more than a decade practicing and benefiting from Qigong. I’ve been teaching Qigong since 2004 and witnessing its power as a tool for health and vitality.
I’m the author of a book called: Shaolin Chi Kung – 18 Exercises to help you live a longer, healthier and happier life. The most comprehensive, written in the English language, resource available on the famous Shaolin 18 Lohan Hands Qigong set.
From 2005 – 2009 I was the chief instructor in the UK of a worldwide Shaolin Arts Institute and organiser of the UK Shaolin Summer Camp.
In 2010 I decided that there were far too many people who could benefit from Qigong, but for whatever reason are not able to learn directly from a qualified Qigong teacher. And that’s why I created the 22 Week Qigong Secrets Home Study Course.
You see, I’ll make no secret of the fact that the best way to learn Qigong is directly from a teacher. But I’d rather you were practicing the next best thing (my home study course) than nothing at all.
