Week 03

Hello again

Here we are with week 3 of ‘Qigong Secrets’.

This week were going to look at why ‘Good health is your birthright’, we’ll also discover the only illness there is (from the TCM point of view). I’ll show you how to deal with disturbances to your practice safely, so they don’t cause you any problems and we’ll discover the history behind the Shaolin 18 Lohan Hands Qigong set that forms the core of this home study course.

I’m going to share with you a method to really help you relax deeply. The good news about this relaxation method is that it’s simple. And that’s simple as in easy! Yet it is also very powerful and remember – if you can’t relax, you can’t get the benefits of Qigong.

In order to complete this weeks lesson, just follow these 4 steps:

Step 2:

→ Download and read the written material for week 3 and complete any homework!

Step 3:

→ Practice the deep relaxation method as often as you can, at least 3 times during the week. Remember that this skill is a complement to your Butterfly Dancing practice and not a replacement.

Step 4

→ Complete the progress tracker for week 2 – this is vital! You’ll be doing this every week. Don’t worry I’ll remind you.
