Week 07

Hello

Welcome to week 7, this lesson we will be looking at, learning and practicing the pattern Shoot Arrows Left Right. This is the 2nd pattern from the Shaolin 18 Lohan Hands Qigong set. On the ‘tricky’-O-meter I’d put it at a 7/10, where Lifting the Sky was a 3. But it’s a lovely pattern and generates a beautiful Qi flow once you get the hang of it. Right, lets dive in…

In order to complete this weeks lesson, just follow these 4 simple steps:

Step 1:

→ Watch the Video

Step 2:

→ Download and read the written material for week 7 and complete your progress tracker for week 6!

Step 3:

→ We don’t learn Qigong, we practice Qigong! So practice Shoot Arrows Left Right. Ideally you’ll practice twice a day (once in the morning, once in the evening) – but practice it at least once a day! And for those super keen individuals here’s a reminder to NOT practice more than twice a day. It is possible to over do it.

Step 4

→ Complete the progress tracker for week 6 – this is vital!

Until next week enjoy your practice.
