A Word To The Wise

Accessible to Week 3 members and above..

Hello

If you’ve been reading the blog posts I’ve been making for you recently you’ll notice that I have been making a lot of posts along the theme of ‘Best Qigong Exercises To ‘. There is an important lesson that I want to share with you as a valued member of this qigong community.

Quick question for you first.

What, from the TCM, view point is the only illness, regardless of the presenting symptoms?

That’s right, Yin/Yang disharmony.

And what causes it?

Well, done, blockages to harmonious qi flow through the meridians of the body.

Therefore, as long as we can generate energy flow, qi flow in our qigong practice it doesn’t really matter which qigong exercises we practice.

Yes, it is true that certain qigong exercises are more cost effective for overcoming a certain illness, but all qigong exercises practiced correctly generate qi flow and that’s what does the healing.

I know when I first started practicing qigong I used to really labour over which qigong exercises I was going to practice and it could change day by day. But to really get the benefit from qigong exercises, it is better to chose 2 or 3 that you are really going to master and focus virtually all of your qigong practice on these 2 or 3 qigong exercises.

So how do you choose? Simple

Which qigong exercises do you enjoy the most?
Which qigong exercises are most cost effective for meeting your aims and objectives for your qigong practice?
When you have completed the Qigong Secrets Home Study course, choose your 2 or 3 qigong exercises from the 18 and really master them.

I believe that if you enjoy your practice and that you are clear on your reasons for practice, then you are far more likely to maintain your practice. I’ll let you into a secret, even though Nourishing Kidneys is an absolutely incredible qigong exercise with many wonderful benefits, I just don’t like it very much. Not as much as say Carrying the moon which I love. But that’s just me.

I’ve been making these ‘Best Qigong Exercises for ‘ posts because they are useful and from tracking the links in the e-mail updates I send out every week I know they are by far the most popular with readers.

If you have any questions about this post or want to make a comment, please send me an e-mail to marcus@qigong15.com

Enjoy your practice and bye for now

Marcus Santer
